The Villa ....... is ideally located on the hillside above Kalkan with a magnificent view over Kalkan Bay to the front and views of the Taurus mountains to the rear. The walk down to the harbour, shops and beach only takes about 15 minutes. This villa was built in 2005 and as owners we actually live in Kalkan so will be on hand to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition, meeting the highest possible standards, to ensure you get maximum enjoyment from your stay at our villa in beautiful Kalkan

The Villa ....... is ideally located on the hillside above Kalkan with a magnificent view over Kalkan Bay to the front and views of the Taurus mountains to the rear. The walk down to the harbour, shops and beach only takes about 15 minutes.

This villa was built in 2005 and as owners we actually live in Kalkan so will be on hand to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition, meeting the highest possible standards, to ensure you get maximum enjoyment from your stay at our villa in beautiful Kalkan

Interior....The villa accommodates six comfortably in three bedrooms (two double and one twin). All three bedrooms have shower en suites. Bedrooms one and two open onto the first floor balcony with fantastic views over the bay. Bedroom three opens onto a large roof terrace with even better views across Kalkan bay and to the islands beyond . The ground floor rooms open onto the shaded terrace from both lounge and dining room, with your private pool and sun terracing below. The downstairs rooms and the two main bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom three is cooled by fan. All opening windows are protected by mosquito screens. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine (situated in top floor bathroom) and large fridge freezer.The lounge includes comfortable seating and for your entertainment includes Satellite TV, DVD player, CD Hi-fi with a small selection of CD's. Although Kalkan enjoys a virtually zero crime rate we have provided a small safe for your most valuable possessions.Please note that Villa Akdeniz is a no smoking villa. We would kindly ask guests who wish to smoke to light up outside the villa. Exterior.....The villa boast a 30sq metre swimming pool and is surrounded by ample sun terracing with sun loungers and parasols provided The shaded terrace leading from the kitchen and lounge is an ideal spot for al fresco dining and includes outdoor dining table and chairs. A barbeque is provided for those evenings when all you want to do is relax and party in your own company. The large roof terrace is an ideal quiet spot for relaxing and watching the sun go down with a glass of your favourite tipple, additional table and chairs are included so you can relax and spend time admiring the the view which you will never tire of. Services... The villa garden and pool are serviced daily with linen change mid-week and a full weekly clean. Additional beach sized towels are provided for use around the pool (only) so you can leave a little room in your suitcase for all the bargains purchased on your shopping trips. A hairdryer is also available for guest use.
