About Us

A little background about us. Our first visit to Kalkan was in 2003 we loved the place so much we decided to purchase a villa (Villa Helena). It was our intention to use this for holidays and maybe to rent out for some additional income. We loved our villa so much we decided not to rent out but made a life changing decision to to move to Kalkan full time. We are still too young to retire so we decided to purchase a second villa (Villa Akdeniz) for rental purposes. Is our intention to maintain the villa ourselves to present the villa to the highest possible standards so our guest have a trouble free holiday and enjoy their time at the villa.

Villa Akdeniz is 5 Star accommodation, the warm welcome and little touches such as welcome pack on arrival to get us started made all the difference. Thanks to Ann & Steve for all the advice about where to eat and what to see. The car hire with driver taking us to and from the airport is well worth booking.
